Breath, Voice and Stillness

Breath, Voice and Stillness is a nurturing and transformative experience for women seeking deeper connection, grounding and inner balance.

Through guided meditation, gentle breathwork and intuitive vocals, you will be supported to slow down, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your body's innate wisdom.

This sacred gathering offers space for healing, emotional release, reflection and remembrance, allowing you to soften, restore and return home to yourself in a supportive circle of women.

Yoga mats are provided, however you are welcome to bring anything that will help you feel completely comfortable, including:

- An eye mask

- A pillow

- A blanket

- An extra yoga mat if you'd like additional cushioning.

- Bolsters, cushions or any other comfort items that help you relax.

- A water bottle if desired

Please wear comfortable, warm clothing suitable for resting on the floor.
