Breathwork @ Plantation House- Calm Club x Tropical Fruit World

Join us on Sunday, 29 October on the lawn of our beautiful events venue Plantation House @TFW for a sunset breathwork workshop. A simple, yet profound practice, mindful breathwork can bring about a sense of calm, clarity and resilience in the face of challenges.
October is Mental Health Awareness month and we’re proud to be supporting local charity Human Nature in conjunction with the Brinsmead Hill Family Foundation (BHFF), Tropical Fruit World (TFW) & Calm Club.
Human Nature provide nature-based mental health support for youth aged between 14 & 18 living on the Far North Coast who may be grappling with mental health issues, drug & alcohol problems, or social exclusions.
Bring yourself back to centre whilst raising funds for some of our region’s most vulnerable. Details are below-
