During this rebirthing retreat/breathwork course you will be guided through breathwork by a trained breathwork practitioner.

Work through stress, anxiety and trauma over 2-days with a qualified breath coach.Enjoy the serenity of the retreat space in a bushland setting & the local attractions.

In addition to these 2-3 day breath workshops, we often short classes in person and online.
