A 2-hour guided experience designed to help you release, restore and reconnect.

Join Lyndell Fogarty for an intimate Full Moon gathering combining breathwork, Yin Yoga, meditation and sound healing.

The Full Moon is a time of completion, reflection and letting go. Through gentle movement, conscious breathing and immersive sound, this experience creates space to release tension, quiet the mind and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating change, seeking clarity or simply craving deep rest, this evening offers an opportunity to slow down and nourish your nervous system.

About Lyndell

Lyndell is a yoga teacher, leadership advisor and facilitator with a passion for creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect and remember what matters most. Drawing on yoga philosophy, nervous system regulation, breathwork and mindfulness practices, her sessions are designed to leave participants feeling grounded, calm and deeply restored.

Spaces are intentionally limited to maintain the intimate nature of the experience.
