Slow down, soften & reset

We spend so much time pushing our bodies, strengthening our muscles and keeping up with the demands of everyday life.

But how often do we give ourselves the same time and attention to slow down, recover and recharge?

Breath & Yin is an opportunity to do just that.

A calming combination of guided breathwork and gentle yin yoga, designed to help you release tension, settle your mind and reconnect with your body.

What to expect

We'll move through a series of slow, supported yin yoga poses, held for several minutes at a time to gently encourage flexibility, mobility and relaxation.

Unlike more active styles of yoga, yin isn't about pushing, sweating or achieving the perfect pose. It's about finding stillness, softening into each position and allowing your body the time it needs to unwind.

We'll also explore guided breathing techniques to encourage a calmer nervous system, release built-up stress and deepen your sense of relaxation.

Why join?

This experience is designed to support:

Reduced stress and overwhelm
Improved flexibility and mobility
Relief from everyday muscular tension
A calmer mind and greater mental clarity
Rest, recovery and relaxation
A deeper connection with your body

Who is it for?

Everyone, including complete beginners.

You don't need to be flexible, experienced in yoga or familiar with breathwork.

Whether you're physically active and looking to balance your training with recovery, spending long hours sitting at a desk, or simply needing a little space to yourself, this session is for you.

You'll be guided throughout, with options to make the practice comfortable for your body.

Because taking care of your body isn't just about what you can make it do, but how you feel living in it.
