This session is a guided physical breathwork experience designed for those looking to explore deeper levels of emotional release, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness through movement, intensity, and breath.

Using a structured progression, we begin by gradually building tension, strength, and body awareness through breath-led movement with a light kettlebell. This practice cultivates internal focus, muscular engagement, and the ability to stay present under physical load.

From there, we move into short periods of high-intensity exercise. The intention is not performance, but learning how to remain connected to the breath and body while meeting challenge and pushing beyond perceived limits in a conscious and controlled way.

We then return to Kettlebell Breathing to down-regulate the nervous system and re-establish a grounded connection within the body. From this state, we transition into Conscious Connected Breathwork combined with TRE-inspired techniques, which may support the body’s natural ability to discharge stored tension, stress, and emotional holding patterns.

This experience can be physically and emotionally intense and is not suitable for everyone. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, take responsibility for their own limits, and modify or pause at any time.

This session is best suited for individuals who are comfortable with physical exertion and are seeking a challenging, embodied approach to breathwork and self-exploration.

There are only two places in each session so book in with a friend or come and meet a likeminded friend.

If this work resonates with you and you feel called to explore it, you’re welcome to get in touch with any questions before committing.

This session may be suitable for you if you:

Are comfortable with physical intensity and challenge
Are curious about breathwork beyond relaxation
Want to explore emotional release through the body
Have previous experience with movement, breathwork, or somatic practices.

This is not a passive or relaxing breathwork session. Participants should expect sustained physical effort, strong internal focus, and periods of discomfort.

This session is not recommended for individuals with certain medical or psychological conditions (including recent injury, heart conditions, pregnancy, or severe PTSD). Please reach out prior to booking if unsure.
