Event description

Breath, Beats & Cacao - Come and get high on your own supply!

A blissful journey into joy, lightness and self-connection

Join us for a unique and heart-opening experience designed to awaken your senses, move your energy, and reconnect you to the magic within.

We begin with a sacred cacao ceremony, sharing in this powerful plant medicine as we set intentions, drop into gratitude, and open our hearts to the journey ahead.

From there, we flow into an uplifting breathwork session — not your typical intense breakthrough-style "trauma release" practice. This is a fun, energising, rhythm-fuelled experience guided by deep and melodic house beats.

Expect to:

  • Feel lighter and more joyful

  • Let go of any emotional weight you’re holding

  • Drop into deep connection with yourself

  • Finish grounded, open, and beautifully regulated

Whether you’re brand new to breathwork or a seasoned breather, this session will leave you buzzing with natural energy and in love with your own breath. Come get high on your own supply — your nervous system will thank you.
