Each Breathwork Circle, we bring in a new theme to invite opportunities for a deeper enquiry into how you can weave greater states of joy, happiness and inner peace into your life. This circle, we are inviting you to plant your seeds, allow yourself to dream, and embody the future version of yourself, now.
This experience is designed for those seeking to access greater states of joy, ease anxiety, reconnect with themselves, and deepen their healing journey. With a focus on trust, connection, and education, we blend the rebirthing breathwork principles ~ a more yin-style breathwork with guided movement and nervous system support, allowing you to cultivate inner peace.

The Facilitators:
Sarhan is a Breathwork + Meditation Facilitator, Somatic Therapist, Holistic Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Bodyworker and Healer. She has worked in the Health and Fitness Industry for the past 12 years and has studied various tools and modalities in alternative and holistic practices. Throughout her own self love journey; having experienced Chronic Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Binge Eating and Sexual Trauma it was meditation, breathwork and chiropractic care that were the catalyst for her healing. She is extremely passionate about sharing the message of Self Love by weaving together the different modalities she has studied and practised over the last 12 years to create empowering experiences for all of her clients. By combining movement, breathwork and healing her unique style of facilitation and mentoring allows anyone who works with her to experience a safe and supported environment to start to cultivate a deeper connection of trust within their own bodies, create an environment for healing to take place and return to love.
Sarhan's partner, Alex, who is a Doctor of Chiropractic, Quantum Life Coach, Breathwork Facilitator and Dr Martini Method Facilitator.
Alex offers his heartfelt masculine presence, holding space and providing support, hands-on healing and guidance throughout the journey and event.
Sharing his wisdom and medicine with the community is his passion.

Health Conditions for the Guided Breathwork Journey:
Contra-Indications of Breathwork Please read the next section thoroughly.
Breathwork is an incredibly powerful modality that creates both physiological and energetic shifts, RAPIDLY.
Therefore, for safety purposes, if you have any of the following contraindications, please let Sarhan know and we will customise your breath style to support you in getting the most out of your journey.
Physical Contraindications
●Cardiovascular issues
●Glaucoma
●High blood pressure
●Epilepsy
●Detached Retina
●History of strokes or seizures
●Aneurysm or family history of aneurysm. (Burst blood vessels in the brain).
●Blood thinning medication
●Pregnancy or possible pregnancy
●Asthma Mental Contraindications
●Substance dependence & addiction (Deep breathwork journeys are not always appropriate for those who are still addicted to a substance, as it tends to raise suppressed or repressed material for processing. However, if you’re currently in recovery, this can be extremely healing, and help you discover the deeper patterns that gave rise to this addiction.)
●Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or psychosis
●Hospitalisation for emotional crises in the last 10 years (Participant must get therapist’s approval to participate before you register).
●Psychological conditions and diagnoses, which preclude safe emotional release.
If you’re unsure about health conditions, please consult and gain permission from your doctor before progressing with participating in the Breathwork Journey.
Please know that we can adjust the breathwork style for you to get the most out of the journey.
