Workshop 1: Embrace Your Youthful Self: Experience Vitality & Joy 12-12.45pm

This workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your youthful spirit and experience a sense of well-being in your everyday life.

What You'll Discover:

  • Empowerment Through Personalized Practices: We'll explore a range of ideas and practices, encouraging you to select and integrate those that resonate most deeply with you. This isn't a one-size-fits-all approach; it's about discovering what works for your unique self.
  • Understanding Your Body's Language: Vital Signs as a Guide: Learn how to interpret your vital signs to gain valuable insights into your body's baseline and fluctuations. This knowledge empowers you to make informed choices that support your lifelong health.
  • The Mind-Body Connection: Influences on Your Wellbeing: We'll experience the connection between your mind and body, exploring factors that contribute to your overall well-being. Gain insights into how your thoughts, emotions, and experiences impact your health.
  • Rediscovering Your Joy: Reconnect with what makes you feel like you! Uncover the importance of incorporating activities you love into your daily routine. This is about finding a sense of lightness and experiencing your energy and spirit in the day to day.

Workshop 2: Embrace Your Wise Self: Listening to Your Body's Inner Wisdom 1-1.45pm
As we journey through life, we accumulate wisdom and experience. This workshop invites you to tap into that inner wellspring of knowledge and cultivate a deeper understanding of your body's messages.

What You'll Explore:

  • Decoding Your Body's Language: Learn to recognize that signs and symptoms are not adversaries, but rather gentle nudges from your body, seeking support and attention. We'll explore how to interpret these messages with compassion and understanding.
  • Cultivating Intuitive Listening: Discover the power of your intuition and learn techniques to quiet the fear-based voice that can overshadow your inner wisdom. We'll focus on listening with compassion and curiosity.
  • The Mind-Body Connection: Influences on Your Wellbeing: We'll experience the connection between your mind and body, exploring factors that contribute to your overall well-being. Gain insights into how your thoughts, emotions, and experiences impact your health.
  • Embracing Life's Transitions: Understand that life is a series of seasons and transitions. We'll explore how to navigate these changes with grace and acceptance, recognizing them as a natural and beautiful part of the human experience.

Dissolve Tension – Yin Yoga 2.30-3.30pm
with Mel

Dissolve tension and stress as you create an opportunity to reset and rejuvenate. This Yin-yoga style practice works on not just the body, but also the mind. In this practice, you will build a foundation of self-awareness though long holds and experience deep sensations while being supported by props to best suit your body. You will be taken into a state of calm, whilst improving flexibility and pliability.

Includes elements of guided meditation and gentle breath work. Blocks and mats supplied. Optional BYO blanket and bolster/firm pillow.

Tea, coffee and refreshments will be supplied before and after each session.
