• What is not included?

  To give you the flexibility to tailor your experience, the following are not included:

  • International or domestic flights to and from Bali.

  • Comprehensive travel insurance.

  • Visa on arrival fee (approximately AUD $50).

  • Personal purchases.

  • Optional spa treatments, yoga and fitness classes during designated free time.

• Do I need to be certified in Breathwork?

  This immersion is designed for both newly qualified and experienced Breathwork Instructors who want to deepen their facilitation skills, receive mentorship and network with other Breathwork professionals. If you're currently completing a recognised Breathwork facilitator training, you're also welcome to join. If you're qualified in another modality such as Yoga, Pilates or Coaching and incorporate Breathwork into your practice and think you would benefit from joining, please contact Carly: hello@oshenmethod.com before applying.

• Will you share the itinerary?

  You will receive the full itinerary before the Immersion begins. For now, here's a sneak peak:

• How do I get to North Bali?

  Please book your flights into Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar). I highly recommend arriving to Bali at least one night before the Immersion begins, allowing time to rest and settle in before travelling to North Bali.

  A private driver will collect you from Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar) or your accommodation in Legian, Canggu or Ubud and take you to our villa in North Bali. Return transfers to the airport or your accommodation are also included at the end of the Immersion.

• What type of accommodation is available?

  Guests can choose between Twin Share or Private accommodation in a luxury villa. Twin Share Rooms will be thoughtfully paired with guests of the same gender, while friends and couples are welcome to share a room. Private rooms are limited and allocated in the order bookings are confirmed.

• Will there be opportunities to facilitate?

  Yes, absolutely! Throughout the Immersion you will take part in facilitator exercises, receive personalised feedback and experience Breathwork from both the facilitator and participant perspectives.

• Is this a Breathwork certification?

  No, this is not a certification. It is a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Immersion designed to build confidence, refine facilitation skills and support your ongoing growth as a Breathwork Instructor. Upon completion, you will receive a Certificate of Completion outlining your participation and the total hours of Professional Development completed but it is not a Breathwork Certification.

• Can I claim this as a business expense?

  If you are attending as part of your work as a Breathwork Professional, some of your costs may be tax deductible depending on your individual circumstances and an invoice can be provided. Please seek advice from your accountant or registered tax adviser.

• Cancellation policy

  I understand that plans can change. As BREATHE & BATHE | North Bali Instructors Immersion is an intimate Immersion with only eight guests, cancellations have a significant impact.

  • Your AUD $500 deposit is non-refundable and secures your place.

  • The remaining balance is refundable up to 60 days before the retreat, less the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat are non-refundable, unless your place can be filled from a waitlist.

  • If I am able to fill your place, I will refund any payments made (excluding your non-refundable deposit).

  • Bookings may be transferred to another person with Carly's written approval.

  I strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses and unforeseen circumstances.

• Payment terms & conditions

  A AUD $500 non-refundable deposit secures your place at BREATHE & BATHE | North Bali Instructors Immersion. The remaining balance can be paid in a maximum of three instalments, with the final payment due 30 days before the Immersion begins (October 3, 2026).

  For guests who choose to pay in full at the time of booking will receive complimentary airport lounge access before their departure flight from Bali as a thank you for their commitment.

  Payments can be made securely via Stripe or direct bank transfer. Payment links and bank transfer details will be emailed to you once your deposit is finalised.
