This package includes three 1.5-hour personalised 1:1 breathwork sessions, guided by Niina - a special education teacher, inclusion specialists, parent of two deaf and autistic children, and a certified Breathwork facilitator and Yin Yoga teacher.

Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) is a gentle, guided breathwork practice that uses smooth, connected breathing to support calm, presence, and self-awareness.

These sessions are personalised to your pace and needs, giving you a safe, dedicated space to explore breath as a tool for self-care and grounding.

Please note: You remain in control at all times. You can adjust, pause, or slow the practice as needed.
