Led by Jen from Roaming Zen, this event blends yoga, a deep connection to the land, and an immersion into biodynamic farming, all while exploring the world of Ngeringa’s exceptional wines. It's the perfect way to reconnect with your body, the earth, and the natural rhythms that sustain both.

Event Highlights

Yoga with Jen:
Begin your journey with a bespoke yoga practice, designed by Jen to connect participants with the energy of the land and its history. Move through grounding and rejuvenating poses, absorbing the vitality of Ngeringa's (Nerr-ing-gah) soil and vines as you flow. This session will leave you balanced, revitalised, and deeply connected to your surroundings.

Vineyard Tour:
After yoga, enjoy a guided tour of Ngeringa’s Summit Vineyard. Discover the rich heritage of this biodynamic farm, originally part of the world-renowned Jurlique herb farm, and learn about the sustainable farming principles that have nurtured this land for over 40 years.

Understanding Biodynamic Farming:
Gain insights into biodynamic farming with Erinn and Janet Klein, the pioneers behind Ngeringa. Learn how they’ve fostered a self-sustaining, ecologically balanced environment that produces wines, oils, and vegetables of the highest quality. You'll explore how the natural rhythms of the land and sky influence their winemaking and how these principles bring out the unique character of their wines.

Wine Tasting:
Indulge in a curated tasting of Ngeringa's award-winning cool-climate wines, each bursting with depth, flavour, and vitality.
