Yoga Session with Jen: Begin your journey with a bespoke yoga practice designed by Jen, renowned for her ability to connect participants with the sense of place, country, and its history. As you flow through a series of grounding and rejuvenating poses, you'll feel the vitality of Ngeringa's ( Nerr- ing - gah) land infusing your practice.

Vineyard Tour: After yoga, embark on a guided tour of Ngeringa's Summit Vineyard. Discover the rich history of the farm, formally the site of the world-renowned Jurlique herb farm, and learn about the principles and practices of biodynamic farming that have sustained this land for over 40 years.

Understanding Biodynamic Farming: Gain a deeper understanding of how Erinn and Janet Klein have nurtured Ngeringa with great care, creating wines, oils, and vegetables that embody ecological harmony. Roaming Zen - Jen Watson

Transitioning from a thriving corporate career, Jen rediscovered her passion for yoga in her 40s—a comforting return to her roots in movement that began with ballet at age 5.

With a devoted practice and extensive training in yoga, Jen is an Adelaide treasure. As the founder of Roaming Zen, she has been teaching yoga & movement to the people of Adelaide for years and fosters connected communities throughout central and regional South Australia.

Now, Jen dedicates her time to leading bespoke movement classes, workshops, and her beloved wine & yoga events.

Her style of teaching is inclusive, adaptive, generous, open & curious.
