Step into a cozy space to reset and reconnect. Sip heart-opening cacao, drop into your breath, and let go of the noise. With gentle movement, soothing frequency healing, and a whole lot of good energy, this is your time to refresh, realign, and bloom—inside and out.

Your Breathe and Bloom team: Tam and Jac are qualified trauma-informed breathwork facilitators, sound healing therapists, health and wellness coaches and quite ordinary busy Mums who have dedicated themselves to finding the best modalities to create space to help other women to take a breath and just simply feel good.

What to bring: Comfy clothes, a blanket, a bolster or pillow, a yoga mat and journal.

Our goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can connect with yourself and others through breathwork, movement, sound therapy and meditation. While these practices are beneficial for many, it’s important to acknowledge the following:

Consultation with Healthcare Provider. Should you have any medical conditions (including, but not limited to, heart or respiratory conditions, anxiety, PTSD, epilepsy, or if you are pregnant) we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before participating in any breath work or physical activities.

Voluntary Participation. Participation in the breathwork, movement, and meditation practices is entirely voluntary. If at any point during the session you feel lightheaded, dizzy, uncomfortable, or overwhelmed, please stop and inform the facilitator. You may take a break or rest in a comfortable position as needed.

Emotional Awareness. Breathwork and movement can release stored emotions and provide deep healing. We encourage you to approach the practices with an open heart and a willingness to connect with yourself. If you experience emotional discomfort, please know that support is available, and you are free to step out of the session at any time. Your facilitator is trauma informed and will be there to guide you every step of the way.

Personal Responsibility. By attending, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being and safety during the event. The facilitator and event organizers are not liable for any physical, emotional, or mental effects during or after the session.

Respecting Your Limits. While the practices are designed to be accessible, please listen to your body and engage at your own pace. If you are new to breathwork or movement, or have any concerns, please feel free to reach out to the facilitator before the event for guidance.

Emergency Contact. If you have any medical conditions, specific needs, or concerns, please inform the facilitator before the session begins.

Cacao has several contraindications, including interactions with antidepressants, potential issues for those with high blood pressure or bleeding disorders, and possible side effects from caffeine. It's crucial to be cautious if you are pregnant, on certain medications, or have pre-existing health conditions.
