Description

20 Days of Calm -In honour of Stress Awareness Month this April, join us on a journey of 20 free events designed to help you relax, recharge, and prioritise wellbeing.

Welcome to Breathe and Brew

Take part in a guided tea experience that will nourish the body, soothe the mind and excite the spirit.

Tea has long held a sacred place in the heart of Eastern culture. ATTIC’s Breathe and Brew sessions use grounding breath to connect to the healing effects of the tea’s calming compounds. Brew and mindfully drink tea together whilst enjoying a state of ‘calm wakefulness’ to open up your creative process.
