Ease into your weekend with a moment of stillness.
We’re gathering in the garden before the cafe opens for a grounding morning meditation with Mon. Think fresh air, warm layers, a gentle breath ... and a hot coffee waiting for you after.
This is a free community event, open to everyone.
Bring your kids, your dog, your neighbour, or just your sleepy self.
All are welcome!
What to bring:
𖦹 Warm layers or a blanket
𖦹 Your people - big, small, or furry
𖦹 OPTIONAL: Something comfy to sit on (towel or cushion)
No experience needed. Just come as you are.
