Hi everyone, my name is Jen and I am really excited to be facilitating a morning of connection, breathwork, great coffee and an optional sea swim.

For anyone who doesn't know me, I am Jen. Speech and Language Therapist and Trauma Informed Breathwork Practitioner with a passion for supporting people in nervous system education and learning to regain trust with your body.

I have just moved back to Galway so making it a mission of mine to rebuild a community right here. I would really love you to be part of it.

For anyone who is feeling up for a swim, we will meet at the Blackrock Diving tower in Salthill at 9am and then make our way down to Súil Eile for a gentle and energising morning breathwork session for 9:30am followed by some kindly discounted GREAT coffee (best part).

This space is super relaxed and you show up exactly as you are. Suitable for people of all levels, at every stage in their life and just craving some connection with like minded people.

I understand going to these things can be a little nerve wrecking, and that is ok :) You will be held and supported here.
