We spend so much of our lives responding to what life asks of us.

Holding it all together. Meeting the needs of everyone around us. Moving from one responsibility to the next.

Somewhere along the way, it's easy to lose touch with ourselves.

Breathe & Restore is a monthly space to come home to yourself.

For two hours, someone else holds the space. You don't need to perform, care for anyone else, or hold it all together. You simply get to arrive as you are.

Every experience is unique. Some people leave feeling deeply rested. Others reconnect with emotions they've been carrying, find unexpected clarity, or simply remember what it feels like to feel more like themselves again.

The breath will meet you where you are.

You'll be held with care throughout, with plenty of space to integrate whatever unfolds.

Our time together includes:

• A guided 60-minute restorative breath journey

• Immersive music and sound throughout the practice

• Time afterwards for tea, reflection and connection

Whether this is your first experience with breathwork or a practice you return to regularly, you are warmly welcome.

Held each month, Breathe & Restore becomes a gentle rhythm of returning. A place to reconnect with yourself, build a relationship with your breath, and carry that sense of connection into everyday life.
