breathe & transform: a journey of grounding & sound

Wednesday, May 14th | 6 PM | Our Lady of the Snows | $5 | Sign-up Required

In this workshop, participants will be taught breath techniques that they can use in their everyday lives. After learning those techniques, participants will be guided in grounding breath to prepare the mind, body, and spirit for a rejuvenating and transformative sound journey.

Peak Serenity is a nonprofit 501-C3 Foundation dedicated to fostering holistic well-being in alpine communities. We understand the unique challenges faced by resort workers, athletes, and residents—from burnout and isolation to mental health struggles and the pressures of high-performance living.
