WHY BREATHWORK?

We move through life carrying so much — emotions, stress, expectations, responsibilities, experiences and stories that can sometimes become held within the body.

Breathwork can offer a space to pause and become aware of what is happening within you.

It may help you to:

EMOTIONALLY

● Create space to feel and process emotions

● Release tension or emotions that may feel stuck

● Connect more deeply with yourself

● Explore what may be sitting beneath the surface

● Feel lighter, calmer or more emotionally open

PHYSICALLY

● Bring awareness back into the body

● Encourage deep relaxation

● Release physical tension

● Slow down and reconnect with your breath

● Give your nervous system an opportunity to rest

MENTALLY

● Quiet the constant chatter

● Create space away from everyday demands

● Develop greater self-awareness

● Shift out of “doing” and into “being”

● Allow yourself time to simply pause

🔥 WHAT TO EXPECT

Your 90-minute journey will include:

✨ Grounding and intention setting
✨ Guided conscious breathwork
✨ Music to support the journey
✨ Space for emotional and energetic release
✨ Deep relaxation and integration
✨ Time to reconnect with yourself and your body

There is no right or wrong way to experience the session.

You may feel deeply relaxed. You may experience emotions, sensations, memories or insights. You may simply enjoy having permission to stop and breathe.

Whatever arises, you will be invited to meet yourself with curiosity rather than judgement.

🧡 THIS IS YOUR SPACE

You don’t have to fix anything.

You don’t have to perform.

You don’t have to be positive.

You don’t have to have the answers.

For 90 minutes, you get to put the outside world down and come back to yourself.

Breathe deeper.
Feel deeper.
Connect deeper.
Come home to yourself.

🌙 AFTER THE SESSION

Where possible, give yourself some gentle space after your breathwork journey.

Drink plenty of water, take your time getting back into your day and allow whatever has moved through you to settle.

You may wish to journal, have a quiet cup of tea, take a walk or simply rest.

This is a space for integration, not rushing.

⚠️ A LITTLE NOTE

Breathwork can be a powerful experience, both physically and emotionally. You will always be encouraged to listen to your body and work within your own comfort level.

If you are unsure whether breathwork is appropriate for you due to a medical condition, pregnancy, recent surgery or medication, please speak with your healthcare professional before attending.

Limited spaces available.

Come exactly as you are.

Leave with a little more space to breathe. 🧡
