Our training program consists of two sessions, spaced two weeks apart, for a total of 5 hours of learning.
The first part is on Sunday 8 October from 1 pm to 4 pm and the second part is on Sunday 15 October at 1 pm to 3 pm.
We will teach you a series of gentle and easy-to-follow exercises, aimed at restoring optimal nasal breathing and unlocking a world of health benefits.

Classes will be small groups to allow us to personalise the information and exercises to suit your health goals.
This workshop is suitable for everyone over the age of 16. Children's workshops will be coming soon.
