Breathe, Bloom, Grow: A Spring Equinox Family Gathering

As spring begins and day and night fall into balance, join us at Born Wild Community Base Camp for an afternoon for the whole family.

Hosted by Alexa from Restored in Nature and Jen from Breathe Bloom Grow, this gathering weaves together gentle movement, nature connection, and creative play — honouring the equinox and the fresh energy of the season.

Your afternoon includes:

• Free play in the Born Wild Community

• Family yoga (all ages, no experience needed)

• A guided sensory nature walk

• Nature mandala-making

• Seed planting — take your pots home to nurture

• Storytelling by the fire pit, with herbal bush teas & seasonal campfire treats

Good to know:

• Suitable for families with children of all ages

• Please dress for the outdoors and weather

• Bring a water bottle and something warm for the fire pit segment

• All materials and refreshments provided
