Wednesday Midweek - Connection, Breath and Stillness

Take a moment to pause and breathe in the beauty of the Redlands. “Breathe by the Bay” is a weekly gathering designed to rejuvenate our mind, body and soul.

Join us by the water in scenic locations for connection exercises, guided breathwork, moments of stillness with mindfulness practices.

Together, we’ll create a space for all to reconnect and recharge to create a sense of calm within ourselves and the community.

When: Each Wednesdays, 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM
Upcoming for: 19th of March 2025

Where: Rotating scenic bay locations in the Redlands
On the horizon at: Wellington Point Recreation Reserve Beach

What to Bring:

Yoga mat or towel
Water bottle
Comfortable clothing
Optional: Journal

Cost: FREE or by DONATION to support community wellness
