We’re taking a short pause over the Easter period and will be returning with a refreshed flow and updated scheduling.

Take a moment to pause and breathe in the beauty of the Redlands. “Breathe by the Bay” is a weekly gathering designed to rejuvenate your mind, body and soul.

Join us by the water in scenic locations for connection exercises, guided breathwork, and moments of stillness through mindfulness practices.

Together, we’ll continue creating a space to reconnect, recharge, and cultivate a sense of calm within ourselves and our community.
