BREATHE | Community Breathwork Event | Raglan
Event description
Bringing the power of the breath to your Monday afternoons.
I will be hosting a series of weekly breathwork sessions over the next couple of months to share the powerful medicine of the breath. The intention of these sessions is to utilise the breath to clear any blockages standing in the way of your physical, mental, emotional and energetic wellbeing to find a deeper sense of self.
Working with a technique known as Conscious Connected Breath, this circular way of breathing works on the body mind and spirit to:
Release and complete stuck traumas and emotions held within the body
Reduce stress
Relieve symptoms of anxiety and depression
Bring balance to the whole being
Improve physical, mental, emotional and energetic wellbeing
Boost energy and vitality
Open a portal to your divine, unique essence to flow through you.
Whether you’re woo or not, breathwork holds the capacity to open the door to a greater sense of wellbeing and connection to self.
When: Mondays (from 16th June)
Start: 4pm
Old School Arts Centre, Raglan

WHAT IS BREATHWORK
During our 90 minute session, you will be guided through a journey navigating with the tool of Conscious Connected Breath, a continuous breath of active inhale and passive exhale with no pauses in between. This technique invites the body to relax, release and create the space to tune into your inner landscapes.
