Take some time out for yourself. Transcend the busyness and noise of everyday life, and tap into something profound.

It can be so easy to become caught in ‘to do’ list, old thought patterns, or worries about what is ahead. Meanwhile life happens around us and we can miss out on really giving our awareness to the beautiful moments we share with friends, family, our pets, or out in the natural world.

A breath journey is a powerful way to connect back into a deeper sense of self, to create space for what may be asking to be acknowledged and released, and to find greater presence.

Through grounding, dynamic music, conscious connected breathing and time for integration, you will be invited to meet your inner experience with curiosity, compassion and care.

What is conscious connected breathing?

Conscious connected breathing is a guided breathwork practice that uses continuous, gentle pattern of breathing to invite a more inward, reflective and embodied state of awareness.

It is a simple breath technique available to anyone. Every person’s experience is different - with many people reporting deep relaxation, emotional spaciousness, warmth or tingling sensations, and a quieter mind and opportunity for deep rest.

Come and enjoy this guided space to slow down, anchor yourself deeply in the present, and to work with the flow of energy to release, reset and relax.
