Breathe Evening "An Intimate Breathwork & Sound Experience"

This is something close to my heart. I’m opening up my home to hold an intimate evening where we come together to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

So often, life pulls us in a hundred different directions we’re giving, doing, and moving nonstop.

This evening is about creating a space where you can simply be. A space where the breath becomes medicine, sound becomes a guide, and the body and mind find the chance to release what they’ve been carrying.

I’ll guide you through a powerful conscious breathwork journey helping you drop out of the head and into the body. With each breath, layers of stress, tension, and old stories begin to unravel. Alongside this, I’ll weave in sound healing gentle vibrations and frequencies that allow you to go deeper, open up, and experience profound stillness and renewal.

This isn’t a performance or a show it’s a safe, supportive container where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you’re looking to release something heavy, reconnect with yourself, or simply take a night to breathe and reset, this is your space.
