Join us for an intimate and transformative evening, curated to bring couples closer together through the power of breathwork, connection exercises, and mindful movement.

In this transformative workshop, you and your partner will be guided through various modalities to deepen your connection. We understand life can become full with outside commitments and stressors, being in our own partnership we two have experienced times of feeling disconnect from our one another.

Relationships can be our greatest teachers and equally our greatest blessing.

Experience a powerful breathwork technique that will guide you and your partner to a deeper state of connection and presence.

This style of Transformational Breathwork can be a catalyst to the change you have been searching for in your life. It can also be an opportunity to connect with like minded people, slow down the monkey mind and completely let go.

Your Facilitators:

Sarhan and Alex bring a wealth of experience and a heart-led approach to their facilitation.

With almost a decade’s experience that started in personal training, and expanded into yoga, pilates, conscious connected breathwork and the tantric arts, Sarhan has worked extensively with thousands of individuals in the realm of self-love and holistic health, and is a master of creating safe and transformative spaces for people to heal, learn, grow and evolve.

With over 20 years of studying everything he can about health, healing and the human potential, Alex brings a world of experience having studied with many of the brightest minds alive today and personally having facilitated close to 100,000 healing sessions to date.

Both Sarhan and Alex’s empathetic, compassionate, and courageous guidance will support you and your partner in returning home to your hearts and empowering you to live even more from this state.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
Health Conditions for the Guided Breathwork Journey:
Contra-Indications of Breathwork Please read the next section thoroughly.
Breathwork is an incredibly powerful modality that creates both physiological and energetic shifts, RAPIDLY.
Therefore, for safety purposes, I do not allow persons with the following conditions to participate without customising their experience.
If you have any of the following contraindications, please let Sarhan know.

Physical Contraindications
●Cardiovascular issues
●Glaucoma
●High blood pressure
●Epilepsy
●Detached Retina
●History of strokes or seizures
●Aneurysm or family history of aneurysm. (Burst blood vessels in the brain).
●Blood thinning medication
●Pregnancy or possible pregnancy
●Asthma Mental Contraindications
●Substance dependence & addiction (Deep breathwork journeys are not always appropriate for those who are still addicted to a substance, as it tends to raise suppressed or repressed material for processing. However, if you’re currently in recovery, this can be extremely healing, and help you discover the deeper patterns that gave rise to this addiction.

●Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or psychosis
●Hospitalisation for emotional crises in the last 10 years (Participant must get therapist’s approval to participate before you register).
●Psychological conditions and diagnoses, which preclude safe emotional release.If you’re unsure about health conditions, please consult and gain permission from your doctor before progressing with participating in the Breathwork Journey.

Please know that the breathwork can be adjusted for you to still attend and experience the art of connection with your partner.
