In this transformative workshop, you and your partner will be guided through various modalities to deepen your connection. We understand life can become full with outside commitments and stressors, being in our own partnership we two have experienced times of feeling disconnect from our one another.

Relationships can be our greatest teachers and equally our greatest blessing.

Allow yourself to open to deeper love, connection and harmony within your union.

What to Expect

Engage in exercises designed to foster trust, and discover tools to enhance your overall communication with one another. You will connect back to a profound sense of togetherness.

Explore gentle movement practices that will allow you to connect with your body and each other, promoting a sense of harmony and deeper trust for one another.

Through a conscious connected breathwork journey into the heart, we will support you both in creating a safe and harmonious space where love, joy, and deeper connection can flourish.

This style of Transformational Breathwork can be a catalyst to the change you have been searching for in your life. It can also be an opportunity to connect with like minded people, slow down the monkey mind and completely let go.
