A trauma-informed breakthrough Breathwork experience.

Breathe Into Being is a guided Breathwork journey using conscious, connected breath to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and reconnection to self. This breakthrough Breathwork gently bypasses the mind and allows you to access what’s stored in the body — offering space to release, reset, and remember.

Facilitated with a trauma-informed approach, this session honours your pace and prioritises choice, safety, and integration.

💭 What may arise:

🫶During the session, you may experience:

• Emotional release (tears, laughter, anger)

• Physical sensations (tingling, heat, movement)

• Mental clarity or insights

• Deep stillness or a sense of spaciousness

Cardiovascular conditions
Epilepsy
Serious mental health conditions (please consult your mental health professional)
Recent major surgery
Any condition sensitive to breath holds and pressure
