Breathwork - Breathe with Life: Conscious Connected Breathwork

Breath is our natural plant medicine. The quality of your breath suppoerts the quality of your life, a truth known by ancient yogis who understood the deep connection between life and breath. You are invited to explore this relationship, enhancing your prana, chi, and life force simply by consciously connecting with your breath. This practice is a gateway to connecting more deeply to your own self-love, peace, stillness, happiness, and freedom.

Expand your understanding of this superpower. Conscious connected breath work can connect to greater vitality, power, potential, clarity, creativity, and more energy for your life, connecting you with your goals, and dreams. Breathwork helps you integrate all parts of yourself, allowing you to be fully present in each moment. Using conscious connected breathing—a deep, circular breathing technique—you can bring awareness to the parts of you that are limiting or no longer serve you. These parts can be gently acknowledged, understood, and integrated, reducing their impact on you. This powerful technique can alleviate aches, pains, trauma, negative patterns, beliefs, and more, fostering greater acceptance, compassion, belonging, forgiveness, fulfilment, and happiness.

Breathwork is simple, safe, and accessible to everyone, regardless of age, ability, or experience. The conscious connected breathing technique opens us to more life force 'prana' energy, rejuvenating the body, clearing energy pathways, and releasing physical and emotional toxins and blockages. Our sessions include an hour of circular continuous breathing, movement exercises, and time for integration and reflection.
