Nellie B:

Certified in NLP, Hypnosis, Timeline Therapy, Reiki and Juice Fast Coaching, Nellie discovered GNM / GHK in 2015 and knew instantly that it was the missing piece to both her own healing and the work she was doing in assisting others with theirs.

In 2020 Nellie launched the New Earth Wellness Empowered Health Academy, where after 5 years of intensive study and of seeing profound results in both her own family, and clients, she now teaches GHK to both individuals and practitioners.

Nellie believes that the capacity of the body and mind to heal themselves is far greater than most of us have been led to believe, and that every individual should have the right to access fear-free, empowering, independent and sustainable health care.

Paula Flinn:

Paula is a Movement & Embodiment Coach and Breathwork facilitator, and is fascinated by the ways in which we can integrate and weave together healing with movement. She is passionate about empowering people to heal, step into their power, and take up space through the energy of movement and the breath.

Breathwork has been a constant part of Paula’s life for over 8 years. She describes it as a gateway to access and work through our personal struggles, limiting beliefs, old stories, and unresolved trauma - an ongoing process. For Paula, it continues to give her the clarity and courage she needs to keep showing up, moving forward and navigating her way through this life.

Paula has completed over 450 hours of face to face training and deep healing work as a Breathwork Facilitator. She is also a Parkour instructor and runs regular movement workshops.
