In the quiet of your own home, something deeply restorative is waiting for you.

Where: Online in a Facebook "Breathe into Yourself" group
When: Fortnightly starting Monday May 19th, 2025.
Time: 6:30pm-8pm
Cost: $25 per session or $100 for 5 sessions

These fortnightly sessions are for the ones who are ready to soften.
For the ones who crave a deeper exhale…
For anyone—of any age—who feels the call to reconnect with themselves.
No experience needed. Just a willingness to breathe.

Who it's for:
Those who are curious. Open. Tired of holding it all together.
Anyone seeking rest, clarity, healing, or a return to the body.
If you long for stillness—or a safe space to release—this is for you.

Who it’s not for:
This may not be for you if you’re not yet ready to slow down…
If stillness feels too loud… or you’re looking for something to "fix" you.
Breathwork doesn’t offer answers. It offers space—for your own wisdom to rise.

The techniques used in this event can possibly evoke physiological and
emotional responses. These responses are all natural and normal
responses of the body as it releases past trauma and trapped energy.
However, if you come under any of the following categories below then it
is recommended you seek clearance from a health care professional
before deciding to purchase a ticket to this event.*please
note we require you to also fill out a health screening form upon the
day of attending the event and if appropriate please bring any written
health care professional clearances with you also. - Cardiovascular conditions
- Personal history of heart attacks, high blood pressure or angina
- Glaucoma or retinal detachment
- Recent injury or surgery
- Any condition that requires you to take medication to assist with breathing or lowing blood pressure
- Personal history of PTSD, panic attacks or psychosis
- Personal History of Seizures
- In the middle of a severe mental illness
- Personal history of aneurysms (or family history)
- You are currently pregnant or are breastfeeding

INVESTMENT:

$25 per session

OR

$100 for 5 sessions

PREPARATION:
Please ensure you DO NOT have caffeine or food at least 2 hours before the
event start time. Having caffeine in your system and having a full belly
will potentially make your Breathwork Journey a little uncomfortable
and could possibly result in you finding it harder for you to drop out
of the mind.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
Something to lay on (pillow, bolster, yoga mat, blanket etc. whatever will make you the
most comfortable during the session) the techniques in this session will
involve laying down so be comfortable
A water bottle
An open mind and an open heart
A willingness to dive deep into your own inner landscape
A journal and pen
