This is a five week experience of the benefits of prānāyāma.

What to expect:

Movement

Gently warm up the body to prepare for deep meditation. Exercises are simple and accessible to all. Chairs are available if needed.

Mantra

Combine breathwork with mantra to help direct the mind. Chanting silent or done in combinations with specific breathing patterns can invoke an elevated state of consciousness.

Breathwork • Prānāyāma

Explore a variety of breath techniques. Employ a wide range of prānāyāma, use the breath to effect and manage different states of consciousness, relaxation, and well-being.

Sound Healing Relaxation

Lay down and absorb the benefits of your practice with a sound healing. Integrate all limbs of practice. Plus, it's indulgent and oh, so renewing.

Of all the positive changes a person can make, learning to breath deeply and completely is probably the most effective tool for developing higher consciousness and for increasing health, vitality, and connectedness in one’s life.

Ramona Rayo has been practicing Kundalini since 2007.
