Each Breathwork Circle, we bring in a new theme to invite opportunities for a deeper enquiry into how you can weave greater states of joy, happiness and inner peace into your life.

In this month's circle, we are exploring the Anahata Breath {the heart breath}.
Allow yourself to gently peel back the layers that have been built around your heart,
Allow the breath to be your guide in showing you where your heart is guiding you next,
Allow your heart to be supported in a safe space, where you can be truly seen, witnessed and understood for the magnificence that you're.

These circles are carefully curated to give you a unique experience. No circle is the same as it is the individuals that come together in a group setting which creates the experience. This is for those seeking to access greater states of joy + inner peace, ease anxiety, reconnect with themselves, and deepen in their healing and self-discovery journey.

With a focus on trust, connection, and education, we blend rebirthing breathwork principles and conscious connected breath ~ with a yin approach, weaving movement and nervous system support which creates a recipe for gentle transformation from the inside - out.
