Join us for the last Friday of the month at the beautiful Anahata Tribe Studio in Werribee a candlelit space held with intention and care.

This is your permission slip to slow down.

What to expect:

Breathwork: release what's been sitting heavy, shift stagnant energy and reconnect with your body through the power of conscious breath

Meditation: be guided into stillness, creating space between you and what you've been carrying

Sound healing: be held in deep, resonant vibration from crystal singing bowls that melt tension from the inside out

Guided reflection: space to get honest with yourself, acknowledge how far you've come and set an intention for what you're calling in
