Breathwork + Meditation | Somerton Park Yacht Club

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, switched on all the time or simply in need of a proper reset?

Come and give yourself 90 minutes to stop, breathe and be.

This is your permission to slow right down. Think of it as a little sleepover for your nervous system — get comfy, lie down, breathe, rest and let yourself be looked after for a while. 🤍

We’ll move through guided Breathwork with rhythmic breathing and optional breath holds, followed by a deeply restorative meditation/relaxation.

You don’t need to be flexible.

You don’t need to be “good” at meditation.

And you certainly don’t need to do anything you’re not comfortable with.

The most physical work you’ll do is breathing and holding your breath (optional) — the rest is simply allowing yourself to receive.

Breathwork involving active breathing patterns and breath holds isn’t suitable for everyone. Please check with your healthcare professional before attending if you are pregnant or have a significant cardiovascular condition, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy/seizure disorder, or another medical condition that may make breath holds or intense breathing unsuitable.

All breath holds are completely optional, and you are always encouraged to work within your own comfort level.
