@firstname You’re in! Thanks for booking.

Where: Sangha Yoga, 2 Industrial Lane, Queenstown
When: Saturday 7 November, 3pm - 4.30pm

One thing to do before you come: Complete and return the health screening form: [form link]. Send it to admin@asagesjourney.com by [2 days before]. Dan needs it before you can take part, and if you ticked Yes to anything he may be in touch first.

Please arrive about 10 minutes early. Arrive sober and avoid a heavy meal in the 2 hours beforehand. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Mats, bolsters and blankets are at the studio, but numbers are limited, so bring your own if you have them, along with an eye mask and pillow.

Can’t make it? Email us at least 4 days before the session for a refund, or pass your ticket to someone else. Send us their name, and they’ll need to complete the form too.

Questions: admin@asagesjourney.com (we reply within 3 business days).

See you there,
Dan
