Description

Breathe. Settle. Reset.

A grounded, beginner-friendly breathwork class to help calm your nervous system and reset. No experience needed.

Dan Mirfield, founder of A Sage’s Journey and an Alexandra local, guides you through simple, practical breathing techniques you can take home and use anytime. You’ll breathe, notice what shifts, and leave with tools for the next time life gets loud.

Everything is paced with care. You go as far as feels right for you, and you can ease off at any point.

Health screening (required): Breathwork isn’t suitable for everyone, including people with heart conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, glaucoma, or who are pregnant or have had recent surgery. After booking, you’ll complete a short health screening form, which you can download here: [form link]. Return it to admin@asagesjourney.com at least 2 days before the session. If Dan can’t safely include you after reading it, you’ll get a full refund.

Before you come: Please arrive sober and avoid a heavy meal in the 2 hours beforehand. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Mats, bolsters and blankets are at the studio, but numbers are limited, so bring your own if you have them along with a pillow and eye mask.

Breathwork is educational and experiential. It isn’t a substitute for medical or mental health care.

Places are limited to 16.
