Breathe - SPIRITUS Breathwork & Shamanic Sound Healing Journey

Join us for a SPIRITUS Breathwork and Somatic healing journey including live sound healing integration.

This style of breathwork has roots in shamanic realms and somatic release. SPIRITUS Breathwork is a modality of conscious connected breathing that we use to enter into altered states of healing and to interrupt our autonomic nervous system patterns so we are able to release trauma, and reset our window of tolerance, and rewire our patterns for a brighter, clearer path forward.

You will be safely guided and held by Emily and Shane, both experienced practitioners in their modalities of Breathwork and Shamanics respectively.

As part of your integration, you will also be able to take in the healing sounds and vibrations of the drum, rain stick, going, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, Didgeridoo, as well as native music and toning from around the world.

Change is possible, and it starts with YOU.

Wear light comfortable clothing, and bring some water and a journal and pen.
