** GUIDED SUBCONSCIOUS MEDITATION - first an invitation to sit and call in your own most joyful moments -- then a meditation to release mind-chatter / monkey-mind and reconnect with calm, spacious clarity.

** CRYSTAL SOUND BATH & Chimes - simply sit / lay back comfortably to receive the deepening and allow yourself to relax
** TONE SINGING & gentle GROUP energy balance to wrap around and complete the space
