Join us for an invigorating experience that will rejuvenate your body and mind. Our exclusive event combines the ancient practices of breathwork with the modern luxuries of sauna and cold plunge therapies & finishing up with a ceremonial cacao.

This is a full nervous system reset, detox & mood booster.

We will kick off at 9am at the Breathing Space in Lakes Entrance where you will learn some powerful breathing techniques, incorporating breath retentions, designed to release stress & enhance mental clarity. The breathwork session will close out with a guided meditation & crystal bowl sound healing for total relaxation.

At 10am we will make our way over to Koho Floating Sauna where we will have a 1 hour private session in their state of the art sauna facilities & cold plunging in the Lake.

We will end the morning with a delicious, heart opening ceremonial cacao.
