- How you can heal your relationship with your voice, to improve your ability to express yourself by making shifts to your life-force energy via a guided Voice Activation,
- To practise the art of Automatic Writing by connecting with your innate Intuitive Abilities; an infinite and abundant source of creative inspiration, insights and ideas.
