A guided breathwork experience centred around releasing blocked emotions, anything that you may be holding on to, and taking the time to reset for whatever may be coming your way in the next chapter of your life. Designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind and return to a deeper sense of self. My intention is that you leave the class feeling lighter than when you arrived.

This class invites you to explore themes of letting go, reconnection and release. You will be guided through intentional breathing practices to help you return to stillness and release built up tension.

We’ll begin with a few grounding breathing techniques to regulate your nervous system, slow your mind/body down and gently bring you into the present moment. From there, we’ll move into a few rounds of activating breath patterns, followed by some breath holds to build energy, shift stuck emotions and open the body. We will then close with a guided meditation journey.

This is an opportunity to pause, release and seek stillness by connecting with your internal world.

This class is for anyone feeling a little off, stressed, burnt out or simply craving time to slow down and be held. Expect a safe, supportive space where you’re free to feel, release and return home to yourself.

Absolutely no experience is necessary, just a willingness to breathe and be open.♡
