This session is ideal for those who haven't yet explored breathwork and are curious, but equally suitable for those who are experienced with conscious connected breathwork. My aim is to provide a safe and compassionate space for you to explore the power breathwork has to invite self-awareness, empowerment and allow you to access your inner knowing. We may feel as though we don't know the answers - breathwork can allow you to access them.
