An amazing couples event or an introductory activation into Breathwork with a different theme each fortnight (classes are fortnightly).

The biochemical reactions we create with these simple parasympathetic activations release happy hormones, stem cells and even DMT, our own natural psychedelic coming out from our cerebral spinal fluid.
This increases our immunity and all healing functions, holts the ageing process and connects us to our higher consciousness/spirit guides/Christ/source energy.
These 1.5hr classes are not our trauma release sessions that you may have seen online.
These are a fun, gentle recalibration for your body to experience BLISS in the moment and freedom in the body!
