Are you feeling like you are not yourself at the moment?

The Breathe and Be you six part program of Group Breathwork workshops is designed to bring you back to yourself so you can live wholly and fully in whatever you are doing at work, at home, at play.

You will look at all aspects of your life by acknowledging where you really are now mentally, emotionally and spiritually. You will be encouraged and supported to look past your current circumstances to where your true image is for yourself and your life.You will be supported to fully connect with yourself again
You will let go of negative beliefs, stuck emotions, old stories, and the overwhelm of current life so you can tap into your own inner power and create the life you really want.
In the workshops we will use a combination of transformational concepts and experiential tools including: Breathwork, metaphysics, mindset and mindfulness techniques. Gain the life skills to stay fully connected to who you naturally are in everyday life and flourish.

Each workshop uses the focus topic to take a look at what is happening currently in your life and how it is impacting you day to day.
Numbers are limited to eight (8) so as to create a trusting and cherished environment for personal transformation.

This series of Breathwork workshops are for you if you are:

- Looking to expand past where you are now into your authentic, joyful, creative and loving Self

- are looking to reconnect with who you really are

- interested in personal development so you can improve how you react to you day to day life

Time: 9am – 1.00pm

Cost: $95.00 +BF per workshop (Total $570+BF)

Pay in full up front for the whole series and receive each 10% off (Total $513+BF)

Bring: Water, towel or yoga mat, pillow and snack if required, pen and paper if you wish to record your session and anything else that you need for your comfort
Wear: Loose and comfortable clothing as you will be laying down for over an hour
