You are warmly invited to experience a Breathwork student clinic with one of our wonderful students under the supervision of Gilad Shavit and Cindy Aulby.

As students we are now six weeks away from graduation and are eager to share our learning through this student clinic experience. We have undergone extensive training in Rebirthing-style Breathwork, using conscious connected breath to support individuals in accessing their own capacity for self-healing.
We have been trained by skilled Breathwork trainers, psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists,
to ensure we deliver sessions with safety, professionalism, and deep understanding.

This clinic will allow us to refine our skills while offering participants a unique and transformative breathwork experience.
Your participation is not only a valuable opportunity for us but also a chance for you to experience the profound benefits of Breathwork in a safe and supported setting.

Workshop Structure:
Each session will follow this structure:
 Completion of health declarations and consent forms
 Grounding meditation to prepare for the session
 Brief introduction (not a sharing circle)
 One-on-one pairing with a trainee practitioner for a 30-minute discussion
 Guided Breathwork session facilitated by your practitioner
 One-on-one debrief at the end of the session
 Group sharing session (optional) for those who wish to reflect or ask questions

Who Is This Workshop For?
This student clinic is open to individuals who have either participated in previous breathwork
or who are totally new to the practise.
This setting is not suitable for individuals with epilepsy, asthma, pregnant women, or those
who need to avoid cardio activity.

Session Details & Availability
Saturday 15th March

Venue: Breathers Yurt
Morning session: 10:00 AM – 1:00AM
Afternoon session: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Limited spots: maximum 8 per session
Booking fee: $10 - $50 (to cover venue, resources, refreshments, and graduation celebration )
