Breathe with Billie — Prenatal Yoga

Pregnancy is a time of enormous change — physically, emotionally and mentally. This is a space to slow down, breathe, move and connect with yourself and your baby.

This 5-week prenatal yoga series is designed to support you through pregnancy with gentle movement, nourishing stretches, breathwork and deep relaxation.

Each week we’ll create space to:

Move in ways that feel good for your changing body
Ease tension and stiffness
Explore calming and grounding breath practices
Build connection with yourself and your baby
Rest, soften and simply pause

You don’t need any previous yoga experience. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have practised for years, you’ll be encouraged to listen to your body and make the practice your own.

This isn’t about pushing yourself or achieving perfect poses. It’s about creating a little space each week to slow down, breathe and feel supported during this incredibly transformative time.

$120 per person for the full 5-week series.

You’re welcome to stay for an optional cuppa and a chat with the other mums-to-be. There’s no expectation to stay - simply linger if you’d like to.

Please check with your midwife or healthcare provider before beginning prenatal yoga, particularly if you have any pregnancy-related concerns or complications.
