    Event description

A great opportunity for self-care of you and your whanau (open to everyone who breathes).

    What to expect:

Be prepared to have what you thought you knew about breathing turned upside down. For example, did you know the more you breathe the less oxygen you get? Were you aware that deep breathing is a western health disaster? Delve deeper into these seemingly outrageous statements and learn how Nicky was able to use her breathing knowledge to overcome a lifelong phobia of public speaking and 13 years of epileptic seizures.

This fascinating 90-minute presentation is of relevance to anyone who breathes, and particularly to those with breathing related conditions - asthma, hay fever, snoring, sleep apnoea, nasal congestion, chronic cough, anxiety, migraine, hypertension and impaired sporting or speaking performance.
