Breathing Beyond The Story ☀️

There is a story that we repeat in our minds, a dialogue about what we think life is, how we perceive ourselves and others. That story shapes the way we experience reality, and that dialogue is affected by experiences of all kinds.

Good or bad, some memories that are not fully processed can limit our potential without us even noticing it. We can sense that something is wrong, but we can’t name it, and we lose power.

By using the breath as a tool, we pass experiences through the body, taking it all IN, being with the feelings that need to be felt, so we can exhale it OUT, incorporating the past, to walk our days lighter in life

During the session you will be invited to set an intention for the practice, connecting with anything you want to let go of, whatever you think is stopping you from reaching your full potential. We will put this intention aside and connect with the breath for some time, music will be shaping the experience and YOU will be guiding it, deciding the pace and intensity you are ready to go for. I will be there for you in every moment to make you feel safe and providing you with tools to explore your inner world.

Conscious connected is a transformational type of breathwork, it can lead us to places we have been avoiding, facing us with revealing truths that can be challenging at times. I like to consider this as a gift, once you see clearly what is happening, you can make a plan to become a better human if that is what you desire.

Some sessions are quite intense, some others will barely move your inner world and that's ok, the body and mind will only take what they are ready to receive.

The hypnotic sound of the handpan will be part of the integration process and my support will be extended beyond the doors of the shala, you are always welcome to reach out with doubts and thoughts related after the event. Together we grow as a tribe 🌿

What to bring;

Yoga mat to lay on (Don't worry if you don't have, we have spare ones at the shala)

Blanket and any pillows you wish to use (Same as above)

Water

Wear comfortable cloths

Gentle reminder: this practice is beginners friendly / Not suitable for pregnancy or severe cardiovascular conditions”

Limited capacity to 14 humans, we keep it safe and intimate.
