The workshop is led by Ghislaine Bouskila, a workshop facilitator of 20+years and Laura Bouskila, a yoga teacher and singing bowl artist.

Together, they will provide the space for gentle and nurturing conscious breathing.

Breathing and the sound of the singing bowls allows healing to take place naturally and effortlessly.

The process is simple and 3 fold;Intention setting in the form of a short Sankalpa (positive affirmation)

Conscious breathing or breathwork (45 minutes under the guidance of Ghislaine)

Coming together, sharing and feeling complete.

Laura will be playing her singing bowls throughout the session.
